About Debora Mas
Débora is a talented and motivating Fully Certified Pilates Instructor who is trained and has experience in various bodywork modalities. Having had to rehabilitate from several injuries as a dancer herself, Débora knows well the power of mindful movement through Pilates exercise. Her expertise in the rehabilitative potential of STOTT Pilates has allowed her to establish a wide clientele that ranges from professional athletes and dancers, to those living with conditions such as Arthritis, Osteoporosis, MS, Parkinson’s, Fybromyalgia, Scoliosis and diverse shoulder, hip, knee and spinal injuries. In order to address the particular restrictions of each student, in her group and individual sessions, Débora skillfully modifies exercises with the use of various accessories and equipment.
Débora’s extensive reading, training, collegial outreach, and ongoing education allows her to continue to integrate the health and fitness industry's latest research into her teaching. She now also incorporates body and energy work, as well as Colour and Sound Therapy in her training and individual sessions. One of her more popular training sessions is on the therapeutic and aesthetic use of Facial Reflexology to stimulate the nervous system, the organs, and the muscles and fascia supporting the face.

What to expect during a wellness session?
During your first session with Débora, you can expect a review of your intake forms, and a supportive environment where we will discuss your goals for the immediate and future sessions before the therapy begins. A postural assessment and a light workout will also be included for pilates clients.
